Every Friday night, Jakarta’s most popular fine-dining restaurant transforms into a haven of mouth-watering culinary masterpieces from the ocean. Sugar & Spice’s famed Seafood on Ice Corner becomes even more expansive, its Japanese Section will be adorned with the freshest premium cuts of sashimi and sushi while other Sections boast sea-inspired gastronomic marvels such as rare-to-find Sea Urchin Risotto, Baked Oysters 3 Ways, Grilled Fish Padang Style, Thai Baked Lobster, and many more.

Every Saturday and Sunday, the masterful chef Attila Körmöczi and his award-winning culinary team take Jakarta’s foodies on a delicious journey to discover a wealth of unforgettable bites from around the world. At these exquisite weekend brunches, the highly popular live carving station feature even more culinary flairs such as Whole Catch of the Day Fish in Salt Crust and Oven Roasted Whole Lamb Leg with Garlic and Thyme. Additionally, there is an Asian corner featuring a variety of mouth-watering Indonesian and Thai dishes; an Indian corner with not-to-be-missed Lamb Curry and Chicken Tandoori; a Western corner serving many world-class gourmet treats; and a wholesome Japanese section with a line-up of fresh, premium-grade sushi and sashimi.
