I have been working in the hospitality sector for a number of years now, having started out as a spa therapist and currently in the role of Guest Experience. Based on this experience, I can say that this spa brings together, in an exemplary way, all the qualities that I consider essential in customer care, as well as the excellence of the treatments and the competence of the therapists. The experience provided is complete and truly memorable, from the service when you book your treatment, to the warm welcome on arrival, to the care shown when you say goodbye. The facilities are remarkable, especially the swimming pool and sauna, which offer a breathtaking view from the 23rd floor - a perspective I've never encountered in other spas. That same view accompanies us into the treatment rooms, contributing to an atmosphere of deep relaxation and well-being throughout the session. The final moment of the experience is undoubtedly a special touch: the post-treatment relaxation takes place inside the room, with the offer of a comforting tea that prolongs the state of serenity achieved. Personally, I think this is the best place I've been to, for all the reasons I've mentioned. It is, without a doubt, my spa of choice in Lisbon. I would also like to highlight the well-equipped gym (although I haven't tried it yet). My sincere congratulations go to the entire team - from the reception to the staff, not forgetting the manager that makes all of this possible!!
