Indoor tables are treated to the culinary theatre of the showpiece open kitchen.

Food Dish

Executive chef Željko Knezović, who trained at Noma in Copenhagen, delivers sophisticated Mediterranean dishes on the waterfront, with emphasis on Adriatic food, although meat lovers won’t be disappointed with the likes of slow-cooked melt-in-the-mouth meat.

The food at The Spot is based on Mediterranean cuisine with the influence of northern Montenegro. They use a lot of organic foods and a lot of fresh herbs. The combination of traditional flavours with different ways of preparation and presentation is passed through the menu.
