Our team is exceptionally enthusiastic about the LUXE Global Awards Gala, with tasks already allocated and preparations well underway. The Commercial and Operations departments have never been more creative and engaged to design an unique, flawless experience for our esteemed guests, primarily hoteliers, who possess a keen eye for detail.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of hosting a multitude of events, including royal anniversaries, private classic concerts, presidential dinners, luxury cars launches, and of course, some of the most prestigious gala awards in Romania. We are honoured that LUXE Global has chosen our hotel for this impressive gala, and guarantee that our historic landmark in the heart of the city will transform the occasion into a night to remember.
IN YOUR EXPERIENCE, WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF CURATING A SUCCESSFUL GALA EVENING?
In my experience, curating a successful Gala Evening centers on creating a captivating experience from the moment guests arrive. A complex, multisensory welcome is key, as it sets the tone for the entire evening and ensures a seamless flow of events. Guests should be greeted with visually stunning decor, ambient music, and subtle fragrances that evoke luxury, complemented by attentive service and exquisite refreshments. Attention to detail in lighting, sound, and overall ambiance is crucial, as it creates an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance. This holistic approach not only sets the stage for an extraordinary evening but also leaves a lasting impression on all attendees.
COULD YOU GIVE US SOME SECRET INSIGHTS INTO THE MENU FOR THE EVENING?
Chef Yevghen will indeed work his culinary magic for the Gala Evening. While I can't reveal all the details, I can share that guests are in for a gastronomic show presented in six exquisite acts. Expect a harmonious blend of flavors, textures, and presentations, as each course will be meticulously crafted to not only tantalize the taste buds but also to offer a sensory journey that will complement the evening's luxurious ambiance.
